The car was great, clean, drove well, and in an easy location. Had clear message and atentive to questions, concerns. If im ever in need again ill def book again. If youre looking for a reliable person/car Id recommend.

Had a terrible experience. When I received the car, it was dirty and there was cereal all over the back seats so it clearly had not been cleaned. I looked past it since it was pretty cheap to rent. Then my tire blew out and the host would not respond to me or Turo for hours. They ended up towing the car to impound because nobody could get in touch with the host. After it was towed, they continued to message me and try to charge me for repairs that were covered by the insurance I purchased a week after I returned the car. I even had to pay to get it towed because it’s not included in insurance. Beware that if you have any issues with your car, this host is incredibly difficult to deal with.

Car was given in perfect condition, with photo evidence that it was clean and fit to drive. This guest left my car flat instead of changing the tire or calling triple a, she got it towed instead.
Out of 45 trips for this vehicle this is the first time this happened what are the chances of that?
