Stefan was amazing! I rented one of his BMWs for a short road trip and to use for work because my vehicle was being repaired. I had to extend my trip a few times and he was more than accommodating. Very communicative through the app and the vehicle was perfect for my needs! We ran into some issues on the day the car was being retuned, but Stefan was very kind in guiding me through how to handle it and we are resolving it. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend!!
