I had an excellent experience with Spiffy from beginning to end. The vehicle was clean, convenient, reliable, and affordable, which was exactly what I needed.
What really stood out to me, though, was the level of customer service. Spiffy truly went the extra mile to accommodate me. When one vehicle was still in use and another had just been returned with a warning light, they made sure I wasn’t left stranded or inconvenienced and set me up with another vehicle.
That kind of flexibility and willingness to take care of a customer goes a long way, especially when you’re relying on a rental because you genuinely need transportation. I’m extremely grateful for how smoothly everything was handled.
Five stars without hesitation. I would absolutely rent from Spiffy again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable rental with excellent customer service.

Everything was very easy and the car worked well. My only complaint is the smell: there was a very strong car freshener (to me, unpleasant) that seemed to be masking the smell of cigarette smoke. I drove with the windows down for the first few days and it seemed to air it out. Otherwise, all great!

We immediately cleaned and treated the car, but your reservation began the very next morning before it had enough time to fully air out. The vehicle has since been professionally deodorized and the odor is completely gone. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
