Our first time using Turo and we loved it, no fuss with rental counters, lines, shuttles and waiting. John was fantastic on communicating with every question and spot on what he said is what it was- clean, comfortable car, roomy and we felt decent mpg for a SUV type vehicle. We had airlines cancel flight and had to rebook our flights and John was very accommodating at our return earlier then planned, Using a lockbox sure made it simple to leave car in agreed upon place. 👍🏼 Highly satisfied with Going with Turo and especially renting and working with John. Tatyana’s Highlander is a great family sized vehicle. Comfortable ride and spacious. We were able to fit 4 large and 2 medium suitcases in the back. Additionally, very thorough communication led to a flawless trip experience. Will definitely go through her again on our next trip to Raleigh!

The Toyota Forerunner was a comfortable ride for our family that included a toddler. We very much enjoyed the car. John was a responsive & accommodating host. Would definitely rent from John again.

This was our first time renting through Turo and went very smoothly. Dustin gave me great instructions on picking up when our flight came in and easy to communicate with during the rental. Dropped off early because our flight out changed to very early in the morning. Car was very clean, nothing extravagant when we picked it up but worked for what we needed (3 people and luggage for 5 days). The mileage amount was perfect for us that we didn't have to worry about going over with our trip. Did make a noise and let Dustin know.

The Stormtrooper was the perfect car for a week in Raleigh. It got us all around town comfortably and John was very reliable with quick answers and clear instructions. We loved the car!

Excellent trip overall. The pickup at the airport was perfectly timed and convenient, the vehicle was as expected in every way and the drop off at the airport was simple. Tatyana’s communication throughout the process was very timely and helpful as well. Based on this experience, I would definitely see if this vehicle was available again when back in town the next time.
