Car as described, was clean and pickup was easy. Our only complaint is that we had a windshield wiper malfunction because the nut was loose, so we had to spend some time dealing with that.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you found the car clean and the pickup process easy. The vehicle was inspected and everything was functioning properly before the trip. The car was returned with 10-inch windshield crack, leftover food and huge amount of trash. We believe this was retaliatory review was left during the claims process.
