Good on gas smooth ride

I had an excellent experience renting with Baidy! I booked the vehicle the same day as my trip and within the hour I had confirmation it was ready for pickup. The entire process went smoothly and the vehicle was parked exactly where he said it would be, and was spotless inside and out. Not to mention the car drove fantastic. I hit a little hiccup the last day of my trip and thought I lost the key (turns out I didn’t, yay). The host was very helpful and responsive the entire time. I would 10/10 recommend booking to anyone and will certainly be using them again for future rentals. Thanks again, Baidy for a great experience!

Lots of text messages with extreme difficulty being connected to the internet to respond. Data mode was not any better. I have T-Mobile if that makes any difference. The car may need the brakes looked at as the car fluttered when braking. Over all, Turo was better than I expected And easy enough to pup and return. I did need a reminder to check out on the app as text completion and drop off, while acknowledged, wasn’t complete. Anyway, I’ll use this service again. Thank you!

Regarding the signal, unfortunately, the airport lot is currently under construction, which has resulted in significant signal interference. Regarding the brakes, we value your feedback highly. After your trip, we promptly performed a comprehensive brake job on the car. We didn’t experience any shaking during driving, but we prioritize preventive maintenance to ensure the safety of our customers.
