Dammy was also very accommodating when we needed to extend our rental for an extra hour, which we really appreciated. The van fit all 12 passengers comfortably along with all of our luggage, making it perfect for our trip. Everything was clean, reliable, and exactly as described. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Definitely a 5-star experience, and we would gladly rent again in the future.
The van was excellent very roomy, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. There was plenty of space for passengers, 4 car seats and luggage, and the ride was smooth and enjoyable. Julius was a great host! The vehicle was clean, easy to find, and pickup and drop-off were simple. Communication was smooth throughout the trip, and the car was very fuel efficient, which made our drive to Big Bear and back even better. Carlos was an amazing host! The van is big, but it’s surprisingly easy to get used to. Driving a van this size was much easier than I expected, and it was very comfortable to drive. But honestly, the highlight of the experience was Carlos. He had great communication, was extremely accommodating, and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. I really couldn’t ask for a better host. 10/10 — highly recommend!
