This is the 2nd trip with Carlos as the host. We cannot thank him enough for allowing my family to travel worry free. The vehicle is always in prime condition and ready for any distance. Carlos is always available at anytime. The basket of treats for my 12 passangers was a wonderful touch to the beginning of our journey. As always, the vehicle and Host met our needs for trip to the Colorado River. Anytime my trips include my extended family, Carlos will be 1st on the list. Thank you for your 5 Star service.

Carlos and Georgina were awesome they made sure that we had a great experience from start to finish! The car was clean, reliable, and exactly as described. Communication was quick and easy, and the whole pickup and return process was smooth. I really appreciated how professional and helpful they were as host. Carlos was an amazing host! The van is big, but it’s surprisingly easy to get used to. Driving a van this size was much easier than I expected, and it was very comfortable to drive.
But honestly, the highlight of the experience was Carlos. He had great communication, was extremely accommodating, and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. I really couldn’t ask for a better host.

Excellent experience! Great communication with Carlos. Picked up the car and it was clean, smelled great with no odors, came with a phone holder, device charger, first aid kit and paper towel, and a dash cam! The family was impressed and very comfortable on our trip!
