Matthew was an incredible host for an incredible car. The car was beautiful and clean and so fun to drive. It was an absolute privilege and pleasure to book with him. I always rent a Tesla when I’m in Big Sur, and this has by far been the best car with the most accommodating host.

Doug was very accommodating and a pleasure to rent from! I really appreciated his flexibility with my travel plans. His Tesla Model Y was a great choice for my week in Monterey. I would rent from him again.

We had a really great experience with this rental! The car was super clean, ran great, and gave us no problems at all during our trip. The host was very helpful and responsive, although thankfully we didn’t really need any help since everything went so smoothly with the car. I would definitely rent from them again!

If you need to rent a car in the Monterey or Bay Area, look no further than Jack’s vehicles. Best customer service you can ever imagine or hope for. If I could give 20 stars I would! This was my first time driving a Tesla, and I could not have asked for a better experience with this car. The car was absolutely beautiful, both inside and out, and it made the trip smooth and comfortable. I had a blast driving this car overall. William was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions, from first time Tesla driving tips to general information about the car. I would gladly rent this car again and would highly recommend renting from William in the future.

The Tesla Model X was fantastic. Truly made our trip. Would not have been able to enjoy the things we did without it. Car was in good working/clean condition. Matt was great. Pickup/drop-off was seamless and he quickly answered any questions that came up. Would absolutely rent from him in the future if I were to come back to the Monterey/Carmel area.
