Everything from communication to the car and maintenance, and also pick up and drop off was too tier.
First time using vuro & vorenza rental cars and it was easy to rent ,smooth & easy way to modify your trip except the cost if u had to add days which isn’t the place u rent froms fault , vorenza actually tried helping me with promo codes but unfortunately couldn’t be used unless I used them when I first booked but over all great customer service , caring people and great car I used
Conan's 2014 Toyota Corolla was great for our 2 week vacation in Maine.
Betzy was great at communicating with me from the time I booked my reservation until I returned the car.
In addition, he was understanding and flexible when our original flight was cancelled and we needed to arrange a different pick up time for early the next morning.

After another host canceled on us last minute, Kevin delivered his car to us in a timely manner.
He was extremely accommodating and flexible with regard to our timetable, and pickup and drop off of the car could not have been easier.
- The good: Very cool car, very quick reply to any questions, very accurate and friendly drop off and pick up. - The not as good as hoped for: Not sure if the car has back up camera (or maybe I was not able to activate it), no navigation system or CarPlay, and price for additional 30 min is $177 (almost had to pay that as I was stuck in traffic).
Best rental ever wort all the bells and whistles, desmel is very easy to communicate with.
