I used Turo for the first time to rent George’s Lexus for a weekend trip to Newark. He met me at the airport to personally deliver the car and pick it up at the end of the rental period. He was extremely accommodating, flexible, and pleasant. It was an overall great experience. I highly recommend him!
This car is great! Comfy, well maintained and fun to drive! The host is also wonderful, she was accommodating and quick to respond. I usually prefer SUVs but was so happy with this car and will likely rent it again. We had driven to Savannah in torrential downpour and it was actually relaxing! Wonderful! Best Turo rental I’ve had so far. Paul has strict rules but they are totally reasonable in regards to the condition and cleanliness of his vehicle. The Lexus ES is extremely well maintained. His 2008 looks and rides better than newer cars that I have driven. I would definitely rent with Paul again.
As advertised. It’s a 2012 and has got a bunch of dings on the outside and inside but it ran well and is still a solid Lexus. Ethan was also a good host with good communications and was accommodating to my requests on pick up and drop off. I’d rent it again and will look to see if it’s available next time I rent in SLC (or other cars that Ethan manages).

This was the absolute BEST experience I’ve ever had actually in ANY form of customer service I’ve ever received. Not only did Joseph have a baby the DAY we had pick up the car, he still made arrangements to make sure we we’re accommodated appropriately. Then AFTER all of that. A snow storm came through and caused us to be stuck in another state. Joseph was MORE than compassionate, and contacted Turo to make sure that we were safe “without cost”!! Hey. You can rent a car ANYwhere, but beautiful hearted people are HARD to come by. Joseph, to you AND your family. Thank you for ALL that you’ve done for us 🏆♥️

We had an amazing experience renting Steve's Lexus. The vehicle was clean and Steve took time to explain the functions of the car. With someone like Steve on Turo network, traditional big box car rental companies should be worried.

10 out 10 amazing experience with Oscar’s car ! Very beautiful, very clean! This car turns heads and surprisingly good on gas. Car sounds amazing when putting it on sport mode, it’s an F sport after all 😄 Host was kind enough to let me drop it off 15 min late ! Overall , best Turo experience I’ve ever had.
