Road Refinder communicates well. They delivered the car on time, and the whole process was easy. The car was beautiful and just what I had hoped for. The drop-off process was equally easy. Overall, the entire experience was just lovely. =)

Car was great and pickup was smooth, except for having to pay to get out of parking lot. Turo gave credit for portion but still was additional $14. Clean, no funny smells, ran great. Excellent mpg.
Conflicting information about return location in Turo app vs host information, ended up getting charged additional $25 for parking vehicle at lot Turo indicated was acceptable.
So ultimately had to pay additional $39 for pick up and drop off parking, otherwise would have been 5 stars.
