Elizabeth was a wonderful host! The car was just washed and looked great. She offered easy to do no-contact pickup and drop off. This was my first Turo rental and probably had a few more questions than a regular renter, but she answered them all quickly and clearly. I was especially interested in her car as it is a 2018 and that is the year I am considering buying., In essence, it was like renting a real-world two day test drive (around my neighborhood, using my kids car seats and taking normal day trips). Plus, all my neighbors were jealous thinking I got a new red sports car! I would recommend renting from Elizabeth anytime.

I appreciate the accommodation Elizabeth provided on short notice. I appreciate the communication and swift communication Elizabeth provided the entire time. I appreciate the kindness from Elizabeth and her understanding. Her car was a lot of fun. This company is a joke and I will never again use this app. The people should be completely ashamed of themselves taking advantage of people like they do. I am completely distraught and mind blown at the lack of care they have for people.
