This car rental was a very smooth experience. RTE responded quickly to every question I had and the car was clean and well-maintained. In addition, being able to use the Tesla FSD software ("Full Self-Driving") was a great help in LA traffic.

First Tesla experience and wont be my last. James made the pickup experience easy with quick responses. Just follow his directions and you will do just fine! I would rent this car again.

Car was good, needs wireless charging pad for phones, but otherwise perfect, range was good if you know how to drive a Tesla I drove to and from Indio just fine, also the car manager is extremely helpful, would rent again!

Leo was extremely responsible and accommodating. As this was my first time using Turo to rent a car, I wasn’t very familiar with the app and ended doing many required tasks at the last minute. Leo patiently guided me throughout the process, leaving me with an excellent first impression. The Cyber truck is such an incredibly cool and amazing vehicle—it’s not practical to own one in NYC, but it’s definitely worth experiencing in California! Overall fantastic experience.

Karapet's Tesla is extremely new. He is a very patient host, and the car is super clean with the full version of FSD. Everything went so smoothly, even though he seems to be a host who just started the car rental business. I strongly suggest he remove the external password lock, as it may scratch the glass—sharing the key via the Tesla app would be much more convenient and hassle-free. Wish him all the best, and I'll definitely rent from him again next time
