William was a pleasure to work with. He provided the vehicle ahead of time, since I needed to be off sooner than what the pickup time was. The car was very clean and drove great! Communication was great!.. never let more than a few mins pass without communicating back to me. Helped me out with a few things as well, which was greatly appreciated!
