Andre was great, the car was somewhat still dirty, dust, dirt, what appeared to be cigarette ashes, animal hair, sticky spills around the cup holders in the center console and the door panels. Crumbs and dust/dirt left in the door handles and cubby's. In the center console cup holders and cubbys. On the top of the dashboard, around the steering column and gauges. Sticky dusty windows and stereo buttons. Rear view mirror had sticky smudges on it. All the windows inside were dusty and dirty with smudges and idk what really.. the car had a bad smell of animals like dogs, and faint cigarette smell.. however as I got further into my trip I got used to it and wasn't bothered by it anymore. A lot of these issues honestly didn't bother me very much. I was more worried of being blamed for them when I returned the car. Unfortunately I was put behind schedule due to a passenger side headlight and passenger side tail light being burned out. However upon informing andre, he was very quick with a solution to take the car to valvoline where they were able to repair the lights before I left for my trip. If I wasn't already running late It wouldn't of bothered me. Andre was also very quick to reimburse me the whole price of the repairs immediately upon me sending him the receipt of the work.. I very much appreciated that! I also appreciate that instead of canceling my trip Andre worked out a way to have the lights fixed with no trouble of my own. He was always quick to respond to all of my very long messages full of questions. This is my first time using turo and I did not know the ins and outs of the rental process. He was able to guide me threw every step all while being polite and keeping his patience with me! Hah. I ended up running behind schedule on my way back as well and was surprised how simple and easy it was to change the return time from noon to after 9 p.m. all without adding any fees to my bill! That was very helpful of andre to allow me to do. I also ended up being a little passed my return time due to vacuuming the car and dusting everything to my best ability. So that andre wouldn't have to deal with someone else's mess and the next person who rents the vehicle will not have to worry about it either. I had no issues with doing that for him after he was so helpful with me! The vehicle was a little different then what im used to. But in no time I settled in with the car and had a very enjoyable trip! I would forsure rent another vehicle from andre in the future due to how well he accommodated me on this trip. Even tho the car had the mess, that was not andre, But left over from previous renters. He even made sure to have a snow brush and ice scraper in the car for me. But unfortunately the previous renters also took that with them. Im sure there will be a new one for the next person who rents the car because thats how much andre cares about his customers !! 5 stars for andre !!! Whoever returned his vehicle like that should be ashamed and think about how it would feel if someone treated your things the same way! Once again THANK YOU andre! I will reach out to you next time I need to rent a car.. I appreciate all your help thru the process! I appreciate your professionalism and quick responses to all my questions and thank you for making sure the vehicle was 100% good to go for me before I left and wouldn't of been able to fix it. 5 of 5 stars for andre !!

The car was pretty good quality! Very easy going trip and an easy going person. Thank you so much!

Great repeat experience. Even better this time as he came to the rescue from a different Turo host breakdown.

Broden is the best I love when I need a car and any of his are available, always reliable, clean and comfy. And he is always so willing to work with you.If you need to rent longer on this particular occasion, he wasn't even in town and he made a vehicle available that was not initially available top of the line service !

Eagle and its surrounding areas are well-equipped with reliable gas stations to keep your rental car fueled up. Along State Street, you'll find several options, including major brands and local stations. The intersection of Eagle Road and Chinden Boulevard also offers multiple choices for refueling your vehicle. If you're planning to explore the outskirts of Eagle, it's wise to top up your tank before heading out, as gas stations may be less frequent in rural areas. Many stations in Eagle offer convenience stores for snacks and basic supplies. Remember to familiarize yourself with your rental car's fuel type to ensure you're using the correct grade of gasoline.
Driving safely in Eagle requires adapting to various weather conditions. During winter, be prepared for snow and ice by renting a vehicle with good traction, such as an SUV. Reduce your speed and increase following distance in slippery conditions. In summer, watch for sudden thunderstorms that can reduce visibility. Always check the weather forecast before setting out in your rental car. Spring and fall can bring fog, especially in early mornings, so use your headlights and drive cautiously. Year-round, be aware of wildlife near roads, particularly in less developed areas around Eagle. Regardless of the season, ensure your rental car is equipped with appropriate tires and that all systems are functioning properly before embarking on your journey.
Good news for those renting a car in Eagle: there are currently no toll roads in Idaho, including the area around Eagle. This means you can explore the region freely without worrying about unexpected toll charges on your rental agreement. However, if you're planning a road trip that extends beyond Idaho's borders, it's wise to research potential toll roads in neighboring states. Some nearby states may have toll roads or bridges, so if you're venturing far from Eagle in your rental car, it's best to plan your route accordingly and be prepared for any potential tolls you might encounter during your journey.
Driving in Eagle's city center differs significantly from its rural outskirts. In the city, you'll encounter more traffic lights, pedestrian crossings, and lower speed limits. Pay attention to parking regulations and be prepared for busier streets, especially during rush hours. Your rental car, whether a compact or luxury sedan, will be well-suited for these urban conditions. In contrast, rural areas around Eagle often feature winding roads with higher speed limits. An SUV rental might be more comfortable for these routes. Be prepared for less street lighting and potential wildlife encounters. Rural driving also requires more awareness of fuel levels, as gas stations may be less frequent. Always adapt your driving style to the environment, whether you're in Eagle's bustling center or exploring its scenic countryside.
Planning an enjoyable road trip from Eagle to nearby scenic destinations starts with choosing the right rental car for your journey. Consider an SUV for versatility or a luxury car for comfort on longer drives. Map out your route to include stops at Idaho's natural wonders, such as the Boise National Forest or the Snake River Canyon. Pack essentials like water, snacks, and a first-aid kit in your rental car. Plan for regular breaks to stretch and enjoy the scenery. Check your vehicle's features before departing, ensuring you're comfortable with navigation and climate control systems. Remember to fuel up before leaving Eagle, as gas stations may be sparse in remote areas. Lastly, be flexible with your itinerary to allow for unexpected discoveries along your scenic drive from Eagle.
