Amazing experience! The Ford Mustang GT 5.0 was in excellent condition, clean, and exactly as described. The V8 was an absolute pleasure to drive, especially on the California coastal roads. I rented a Ford Transit that can accommodate a large group. I often rent this type of vehicle from other hosts through Turo, but this particular van was especially clean and well-maintained. The location was also convenient—fairly close to LAX and near a large shopping mall, which made it easy to park my own car. I originally planned to rent it for two days but ended up changing it to just one day. While I understood there wouldn’t be a refund, the host kindly offered me a 15% off coupon instead. I’d love to rent from them again before the coupon expires.
I am very very happy that I chose this car and this company during my stay in Los Angeles. The service was very professional and Ivan was helpful and friendly. The car I rented was in excellent condition, clean and well maintained. The whole rental process was easy and efficient, without any problems, very good contact with Ivan. Additionally, the price was very good for a week. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and honest car rental company. We really enjoyed having this car for our trip we hired it for 13 days. It was really nice to drive and there was no problems with the car. It made our trip such a great and unforgettable experience. Aram was very helpful and always responded to any questions we had without delay. There was a slight issue at the beginning due to the car being serviced before our pickup and a garage delay where Aram had to push back collecting the car by a day, notifying us the day before pickup therefore resulting in a lot of travel expense to get around to our activities during this time without the car. We got a partial refund for losing this day($43) but it didnt reflect the full day rate we paid ($122) to hire the car. Albeit I would highly recommend Aram and his Ford Mustang. Thank you
