Excellent experience. One morning the car wouldn't start and I thought I was going to be in big trouble for my vacation so I called and he came out within the hour. All it was was a dead battery in the key fob. This proved to me that if anything should happen it will be okay. I plan on using the service again.
The hosts were very friendly and kind. They brought the car directly to me the airport so I wouldn't have to search around hunting for it. They also contacted me during the week to make sure things were okay and to share additional information about the vehicle. Much appreciated.
