Clean and smooth ride,

Car was dirty, smelled like smoke and dogs. Had an air freshener in it but it did not help. Radio/bluetooth volume
does not work. I added more gas when I returned the vehicle than was in it for pick up and host still charged me additional fees. Service light was on the entire time which made for a stressful trip.

We want to clarify that the dashboard light was an oil service reminder, not a check engine light, and the vehicle was perfectly safe to drive. We also reviewed the fuel levels according to the gauge in both the check in and out photos. A refueling charge was applied based on Turo’s policy. We take cleanliness and maintenance seriously and appreciate all feedback as we continue improving guest experiences.
