Car was perfect, clean and checkin/checkout was painless. The car got 35mpg on my trip which was handy given current gas prices. Would definitely rent again.

Car was wonderful! Very roomy and clean. Vehicle has been kept very well. No weird noises or dash lights. Jamal was great to rent from. Easy to find and work with. Great experience overall. I will never rent a car from a rental agency again.

No hassle rental. Pick up and return hours were unconventional, but he made it work. Pleased with the experience. Delivery wasn’t actually free as it was waiting for me in short term parking at the airport, but I suppose that was a small price to pay for the convenience. All in all still 5 stars.

Forbes' Yukon was great for our trip. Vehicle was in great condition and was easy to get from the airport. Forbes was great to deal with as a host, easy to communicate with me and flexible when the airline changed and canceled my flights.

Victors QX60 was incredibly comfortable and fun to drive! It fit my family of 5 amazingly and we had a blast on our trip. Victor was an exceptional host and any questions I had he promptly responded. Highly recommend!!

Grateful for people like Jamal who showed me a wonderful experience during my first Turo rental. I was able to have a SUV that was safe for my family! We had enough room for us, luggage and all the family that wanted to load up while we were in town, thanks to the 3rd row seats. The heated seats were a life saver during our cold and snowy visit to Chattanooga but being in a safe, reliable vehicle made traveling very stress free.

Jamal and his jeep were awesome! We really enjoyed it for our trip.

I was a first time Turo user, so the whole process new to me. Reservation/pickup/drop off was so much faster and easier than corporate car rental facilities. Michael was super polite and fast to respond and the car was clean with a full tank! The gas mileage was great for a SUV! I give Michael and his Rogue 5 stars! My only complaint is that the app camera was quite persnickety and almost all return photos were white washed! Luckily Michael walked up at return and was ok with me taking them with my phones camera app! Other than Turo needing to work out the camera bugs….I highly recommend Michael and his vehicle and will certainly use Michael again for any personal rental needs!!

Great experience. Trey was great to work with. He was very accommodating even for a last minute reservation and when I needed to make changes. Also, the vehicle arrived in "detailed" condition inside and out.

Very comfortable car and Olaf was incredibly helpful with making pickup and drop off exchanges. Though there were only two of us, it would be a very comfortable car for 5 adults for short trips or 4 adults for longer trips. The Lexus was very capable on the hilly roads, and we even felt comfortable enough with the suv to take it up the W road. Would definitely hope this car is available the next time we visit Chattanooga.

Victor was a great guy to rent his car/SUV from. He made it very easy and accommodating. The Lincoln MKX was very comfortable, excellent condition and very affordable. We will be contacting Victor when we return to Tennessee in the future as he is an all around good guy to work with when in need of a vehicle.
