Pablo and Chrissy provided exceptional service. As a first time Turo user, my experience from the start to finish was incredibly user friendly. Pick up and drop were clear and descriptive. Making it efficient and smooth. The vehicle was immaculate, drove perfectly well, and made our trip with four teenagers and two young children much more enjoyable. I appreciated their flexibility to make changes to our trip on a short notice and the extra rental options that were available, such as car seats. Returning the vehicle was as easy as it was to pick up. Smooth from beginning to end. Thank you Pablo and Chrissy for a great experience! We will definitely be returning customers! This rental operation is on a car lot. Pickup was a bit confusing as different employees directed me to others. I finally found Juana who pleasantly assisted me in finding the Toyota Prius. This Toyota Prius is an older vehicle. The black paint is very faded on the roof and hood due to weathering. This shabby appearance is not apparent in the vehicle photos. The mechanical operation was fine. Mileage was good.

Renting from Victor was a very easy and pleasant experience. The Toyota truck was well maintained and ran smoothly. I especially appreciate being able to extend my trip with ease and with good communication.
