Location of pickup/drop off was very weird and unclear. The host is not the lady in the picture it’s a man (who doesn’t have the best English speaking skills). When I picked up the car initially the car was dirty/disgusting on the interior. Windows were dirty, screen for audio system was not wiped down, the track and volume functionality on the wheel was stiff due to being dirty, interior rear view mirror was cracked and dirty, passenger window wiper was broken and I could not use the wiper function due to risk of damaging the window. Car smelled gross. This was causing me so much stress I had to plan a day out of my trip to take the car to a car spa because I couldn’t stand the smell or condition of the vehicle.
As my trip near the end I got a “Vehicle Maintenance Soon” notification then a day later that changed to “Vehicle Maintenance Required” which made me very nervous and anxious to drive the car for the remaining time of my trip because I did not want to risk it breaking down while driving.
Overall I understand you get what you pay for however I’ve had better rentals at a fair price than what was given for the condition of this car. Also the pictures of the car are not current/updated.

The vehicle was in excellent condition and had no maintenance issues during your trip. The only message displayed was “Oil change required soon,” which simply means the vehicle is approaching its scheduled synthetic oil change interval. It is a routine maintenance reminder and does not indicate any mechanical problem or issue affecting the vehicle’s safety or performance.
