Where to begin? Off the bat, car interior smelled like smoke. The car exterior was dirty. Should have listened to my initial instincts. The car battery died during our trip TWICE in Tahoe. We had to look for people to jump start our car every time it died. By the grace of God, we were able to. The host wasn't very helpful and expected us to fix the car issue ourselves. We were 4 girls on a vacation and shouldn't have to be worrying about fixing the car issue when it wasn't our fault to begin with. This car ruined our last days plans, we didn't make it to our dinner or go to brunch like we planned the following day.
Road side assistance (we paid for) was hell to deal with as I had to continually call and follow and give them my information multiple times. After fighting to get coverage, we were given a uber ride back home to the Bay Area. Never had an issue with turo until now. This whole experience left a very bad impression on me my friends.
