He was communicative and responded in a timely manner, typically less than an hour or almost immediately to any questions that I had regarding the car or trip details. He also picked up a phone call right away and was very helpful. The car runs amazing, great sound (bass), Bluetooth connection is seamless and it has a great MPG.
