From the moment I picked up the vehicle, I knew I was dealing with a rental company that genuinely understands what exceptional customer service is supposed to look like. The entire experience was seamless, professional, and honestly far beyond what I expected from a typical car rental. The vehicle itself was immaculate—beautifully maintained, spotless inside and out, comfortable, reliable, and clearly cared for. It felt less like renting a car and more like being handed the keys to an experience. Every detail was exactly where it needed to be, and the vehicle performed flawlessly throughout the entire rental

The host was also very detailed with the instructions and communication, which was a big plus and made the rental process easy. Overall, it was a reliable rental for my trip.

The car was super clean and drove great. Lisa is a fabulous host and walked me through all the gadgets in the car before she let me go and I arrived late. She still took the time and I appreciate her greatly. Best way to travel in Cali with the price of gas. We went up and down the PCH for less than 40.00 for the charging. Ill be sure to contact her when I come back!
