Rafael’s Sentra rental was truly an outstanding experience. His service was top-notch, and he has a genuinely kind personality—he’s always willing to help when you’re in a difficult situation. I didn’t have a car at the time, and he even helped me change the return location without any hassle or complaints. He was incredibly understanding and supportive throughout the entire process, and I could really feel how sincerely he cared.
The car itself was also in excellent condition—it drove smoothly, stopped confidently, and felt very reliable on the road. The air conditioning was strong and kept the cabin cool even in hot weather, which made the whole experience much more comfortable. I also really liked the brown interior; it looked clean, stylish, and gave the car a more premium feel.
I’m very grateful for his help, and I had such a great experience overall.
