We had a great trip using Leena's car! It was clean, got great gas mileage, and was very spacious for such a compact sedan - we were easily able to fit our large checked bag and two carry-ons in the trunk. When we had questions (like when we accidentally activated the kill switch), she replied to our communication quickly & efficiently. The nav system worked great with our phones (we were nervous about this after our last experience with one of the big rental companies). 10/10 would recommend and would rent from again!
Excellent Rental! James was probably the best host we have had with Turo. Very Communicative and always invested in us having a good time. He was extremely accommodating and had the car in great condition with less than 24 hrs notice. The car seems well maintained and drove great. 5⭐️ Alan is by far the best Turo host I have dealt with. He is extremely reliable and very quick to respond and makes sure everything is taken care of. Every time I have booked with him the cars have been very clean and I have had no issues at all. My most recent booking there was a problem where the car I booked was not returned by the previous customer. Alan went about and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, he gave me 4 different options for other cars I could take and they were all newer and double the price of the one I originally booked. I highly recommend anyone who needs to rent a vehicle to book with Alan.
