Ford rental in Bakersfield, CA

Loved it the staff was so helpful and we did get a flat but it was taken care of fast. We had a wonderful experience we can't wait to rent again for our next family vacation. Our car insurance covered the Van I did call and verify. Get the road side flat insurance it was a life saver.

Van works great, loved the ac and smooth ride. Definitely will rent this van for my future family road trips.

Diana was extremely helpful, this was my first time using Turo and it was easy with her help. The 2016 Ford Transit Van hauled 10 people and our luggage over 2000 miles and had no problems whatsoever.

Thank you DFK for being an absolute champion in this series of unfurtanate events. I thank you and will be hearing from me in the future. Story time. This was beyond the best experience with the HOST and absolutely not TURO. This was the absolute worse experience with TURO. This Bronco was the third rental in one trip in this long event. My original rental left me stranded 3 hours into my road trip. I reached out to TURO and took them over 12 hours to get me a vehicle. I was on my way to pick up my second rental when the second HOST tells me his vehicle is not available, whatever, things happen. I am upset, but what can I do? I reachout to TURO and get me the Bronco but they dont want to credit roadside or accidental damage. Unfortunatley, I have just agreed to rent a vehicle with no covarage in a very busy city. Stress is through the roof. I spoke with the HOST of the Bronco(DFK), explain everything and he tells me he can deliver the vehicle to where I am (side of the highway)!!!! At this point, I am beyond grateful with DFK. TURO tells me i can return where my first rental was and that they will work it out with DFK. Its time to return. Just a reminder, I am 3 hours away from my original pick so I reach out to TURO and tells me NO, the vehicle needs to return the vehicle where it was picked up. I was told different. They told me i have to uber 3 hours with a $75 voucher or take public transportation. I ended up taking the Bronco and have a 280$ bill to tow it back. TURO’s customer service and policy needs a new update. You cannot leave people stranded in the middle of nowhere and expext for the cuatomer to pay amd lose money for your inconvinence.

Joe is an amazing host. First time using turo. Its a simple process, but it went well. Had issues with extension, but got it figured out. Totally me, user error.

I’ve rented from Diana multiple times, and every experience has been great, but this one truly exceeded my expectations. I had gone out of town and completely overlooked the fact that I wouldn’t make it back before they closed. It was entirely my mistake, and I was worried because I had plans to leave early the next morning. Thankfully, I was able to get in contact with one of the staff members, and he went above and beyond by waiting an hour and a half after closing so I could pick up my rental vehicle. Because of his kindness and willingness to help, I was able to keep my travel plans on track instead of having to wait until the next business day. This level of customer service is rare, and it made an already positive experience even better. I’m incredibly grateful to Diana and the team for always being so helpful, professional, and accommodating. Highly recommend renting from them, and a special shoutout to the staff member who stayed late to help me out. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into such a smooth experience!

First timer! Location was easy to find, host was very nice, van was in good condition, a little wear and tear on the seats and seatbelt was missing on one of the seat. Other than that everything was good! Great on gas, ac worked good. We had a total of 9 adults everyone was comfortable! Would definitely rent again!

Actually worked out great. Hassle free rental went to Universal Studios and back. 8 passengers van sits 10 everyone was comfortable. Can't beat the price or accessibility to this rental. Planning a second trip with Diana's transportation. Happy customers...
