The host was polite and responsive. Unfortunately, the vehicle was not as clean as expected when I picked it up. The host acknowledged the issue and apologized, explaining that the previous renter had left the car in poor condition and that they failed to check it before my trip. Other than the cleanliness issue, communication was good and the host was understanding. I hope they implement a better inspection process between rentals going forward
