I’ve rented from Diana multiple times, and every experience has been great, but this one truly exceeded my expectations. I had gone out of town and completely overlooked the fact that I wouldn’t make it back before they closed. It was entirely my mistake, and I was worried because I had plans to leave early the next morning.
Thankfully, I was able to get in contact with one of the staff members, and he went above and beyond by waiting an hour and a half after closing so I could pick up my rental vehicle. Because of his kindness and willingness to help, I was able to keep my travel plans on track instead of having to wait until the next business day.
This level of customer service is rare, and it made an already positive experience even better. I’m incredibly grateful to Diana and the team for always being so helpful, professional, and accommodating. Highly recommend renting from them, and a special shoutout to the staff member who stayed late to help me out. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into such a smooth experience!

Van was excellent

Pickup and drop off was a breeze. Very helpful and friendly staff. The van had large dents on both sides. The van needed engine service and registered this every time engine turned on. Many items needed repair inside. Seat arm rests broken, upholstery torn, seat configuration not good as large space left without seats. Ran great just old van needing repairs.

Excellent service and vehicle. Would rent again.
