Truck needs work. Wouldn’t start sometimes. We were about 4hrs away felt like we would get stranded at anytime.
Also cabin plug ins for chargers and lights in cabin don’t work.

At time of drop off you even said that you went to the snow and yes low temperature will affect any battery checked battery and battery is good it already completed 2 more trips after this and charger port is fixed. Renting a vehicle and taking it to the snow does not mean you are exempt from normal car issues.
