Van ac stop working about 1 day into trip let host know about the situation felt like she pretty much ignored me about the situation we were out in Vegas in 114 degree weather with no ac but thank to turo great customer service we were taken care

sorry about the situation AC was working fine and I couldn't predict that AC will stop on your trip, I did answer your texts when you texted me and turo was involved to help. not sure why you will say I ignored situation when as the host I dont provide roadside assistance myself thats what turo is for in this situations. AC has been checked fixed and recharged.
