The car was clean, well taken care of, and ran great. We have 5 little children and used the seating room for our road trip. The price was half what other vehicles that seat that may go for with other car rental companies. My wife wants to trade in our Pilot for a Highlander now. This was my first time using Turo and didn’t read the instructions well enough to see that I needed to take a shuttle to the parking lot. The owner was very responsive and helped me figure things out. I wasn’t a fan of the air freshener but that was easily taken care of. And for others that have multiple children in and out of car seats just be aware that the 3rd row seatbelts are very difficult for children to use with booster seats and if a car seat is in the middle of the 2nd row it interferes with the folding seat to get in the back. Overall it was a great experience with the owner and the vehicle and would definitively use again. Just be aware of Atlanta traffic and plan to get to the airport early.
