Great experience overall. It had been almost four years since I last used Turo, and this time the pickup process was a little different because the car was located at The Parking Spot rather than directly at the airport parking lot. I wasn’t familiar with the process at first, but the shuttle service worked very well. I would just recommend allowing a little extra time for the shuttle ride.
The car was in very good condition, the instructions were clear, and everything was ready at the scheduled time. The hosts delivered exactly what was promised.
I needed to extend my return time by about 14 hours, and the host responded very quickly and was very helpful in making the extension possible. The only thing that surprised me was the additional cost: $119 for approximately 14 extra hours, considering that my original rental was about $285 for roughly 90 hours. I found the extension quite expensive, although I understand that the pricing may be determined by Turo rather than the host.
Overall, it was a very smooth and reliable experience. I really appreciated the host’s quick communication and assistance, and I would definitely rent from this host again.

I booked this trip last minute for our trip to Florida due to another host completely ghosting us the night we were scheduled to pickup the vehicle. This was about 1 of 10 cars available, and the host made everything so easy during pickup. Very accommodating and responsive..even at the wee hours of the night. The car was clean, drove smoothly, and was exactly as pictured. I couldn’t appreciate the host more, they saved our trip to Florida and I would definitely recommend them and rent from them again!
