Overall, I had a good experience with the vehicle, but there were a couple of communication issues that kept me from giving a 5-star review. I was not informed beforehand that I would be responsible for the $15 airport parking fee, and this additional cost was not reflected in the total shown in the Turo app. Additionally, the pickup location and shuttle instructions were not available in the app when my reservation started, so I had to message the host directly to get the necessary information. Clearer communication about parking fees and timely access to pickup instructions would have made the experience much smoother.

Good and fine until drop off was very complicated and lot c was technically closed off for entry but due to no response had to move cones to enter
