This was my first experience using Turo and I must say that it was quite seamless. Booking, pickup and return were fairly simple and the owner sent me reminder messages throughout my rental period. The car was nice and gave us no issues at all.
The only issue I had was with the airport shuttle after you return the vehicle to the Atlanta airport. That process was quite frustrating because the number we were given to call for a shuttle immediately hung up on you so we stood there in the heat for over 20mins with the number of people increasing by the minute. I would like to be clear this issue is not the car owners issue but perhaps they can give the shuttle this feedback so they may work on improving the process for future renters. If I return to Atlanta I would rent this car again.
