Edwin was a great host and very responsive throughout the entire trip. I mentioned an issue with the car shortly after pickup, and he immediately offered to bring me another vehicle and swap it out, which I really appreciated. The car ended up working out for our trip, and communication with Edwin was easy from beginning to end. He even reached out afterward when I accidentally left my phone mount in the car. Great customer service and a very accommodating host. I would definitely rent from him again!
