I was having a hard time booking a 12-seater van, but thankfully I found one last-minute on Turo. The transaction was smooth and hassle-free. Fabian messaged me right after I booked—he was very nice and super communicative. He even offered to meet at my preferred location for both pick-up and drop-off to make things easier for me. During the trip, he checked in to make sure we weren’t having any issues operating or driving the van. Great service! I would definitely recommend him.

Fabian was an absolutely outstanding host! From start to finish, his communication was incredibly clear, prompt and friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly for our big booking, taking the time to explain the car features and ensure we were comfortable before setting off. The whole experience was seamless and he was so polite to us and helped us with using Turo for the first time. The van was so easy to drive, and was extremely comfortable for all my passengers.
