Great but very annoying with all the cancellations and rebooking at the start

Easy transaction, clean vehicle and helpful staff.
Pick up is off site, wasn't aware on booking.
Was given uber vouchers however the return voucher did not work.
Staff were fantastic and ended up giving us a lift to the airport.
