Never rent from these guys as the service and communication is very terrible run by people whose service sucks.
1. We are a family of 7 adults and 2 kids so I did order the car to be delivered at the airport. No idea that I have to picked it up 9 minutes away from the airport. Can't do anything but had to agree on it. Brisbane airport is quite busy and chaotic.We had 7 big luggage and 4 small ones. Based on our email and phone communication, we agreed to be picked up by a shuttle and to be dropped off at their depot where the van was. It was very clear that the person I spoke with that the shuttle can fit 9 people. When the shuttle arrived, the driver refused to pick us all as he is picking up two more passengers at the internatjonal arrival and we wont fit in the shuttle [van] We are kind enough to agree but In a busy airport like brissy with 10 luggages with us, 2 kidscould be annoying to walk accross the street, into the escalator and into the lift to get to the pick up point. He lied.Coz he dropped us off straight to the depot.He did not pick up two more passengers at the international arrival.
Waited for half an hour before we could finally get the van and collect my family from the airport. Car seat is not there.
After I collected my family from the airpore, we drove again to the depot to get the car seat. The person at the front was helpful enough but according to him, no communication or whatsoever from turo[as they are 3rd party people], not even car seat is noted there which i paid for but even so he was happy to give us the baby car seat.
I reached out to them regarding what happened, demanded for a compensation, rude and condescending and unethical and they should never be in a business where customer service is involved.
2. I paid extra for an airport drop off but it did not happen.
3. When we return the car, as it was sunday and nobody is there to meet us and rrturn the key, so we just dropped into the secured door with a hole. Again they refused to get as a transport fro m their depot to departure area in brissy as 9 people is too many.They should have known that beforehand. Had to drop mh family off to brissy airport,come back to depot and then they booked an uber transport.
Again, the drop off with an uber is in car park which is a wrong one. Why in a car park.I told them before that at the airport drop off departure area.
These people are poor at communicatiion, rude and unethical and they should not be in business where customer service is involved. They clearly have no clue how to manage, handle and serve their customers with utmost respect and satisfaction.
Service expectations differed significantly. While polite, communication & timelines were challenging. We wish them well & feel our services may not be the best fit for any future bookings.

Couldn't get into the lock box after hours and was standing in the rain by myself at night. I was scared and drenched. Had to get an uber to my destination and return during business hours the next day. It cost me time and money that I haven't been compensated for. First time using this service. The car itself was great though.
