The Toyota HiAce was extremely comfortable, spacious, reliable, and smooth to drive — perfect for group travel and highly recommended. Tires was slippery in road but comfortable drive.

The hiring of the vehicle and communication between employees was great just struggled to find the lockbox for the key cause it was dark but other than that the van was great it accommodated our family very well

Car quality was excellent, clean and drove beautifully. If you’re considering this car please note pickup is not available from the Brisbane Airport but rather from a depot a short distance away. This surprised us as Turo indicated the car would be parked at the airport. Communication was good overall however we did not receive instructions on how to collect the car until we prompted the vendor after the booking period had commenced. This was probably not typical but due to being a busy day (Boxing Day) as all other communication during the rental was very good.
