Car quality - 4 for make and model, features
- 2 for cleanliness (dirty and smelt like smoke interior upon pickup. Exterior was quite dirty even after a rush wash). Had minor existing damage but not at detrimental.
Pick-up location - 5 excellent, close to airport, easy check-in and check-out and Turo customer service.
Owner - perhaps briefly met upon pickup but was noticeably late as recorded in Turo messages.
All in all, was 3/5 just let down by car's tardiness and cleanliness upon pick-up. Had to personally pay to have the interior 'thoroughly' cleaned properly on the day of pickup in order to decently use it over the course of the hire period.
5 stars for Turo and Tom and Ur Drive team though and would use again.
