The car was in really rough shape, but it's a cargo van so we kind of expected that. But the host was really really wonderful so that's why I gave it five stars.

Everything went great.. Very prompt & understanding! We were running behind on returning & she was very accommodating! Prior to booking with this host on Turo I found out the hard way how difficult it is to find passenger van in the Baltimore area. I tried booking through enterprise in advance on 3 separate occasions just for an enterprise representative to call me saying they didn’t have the vans on their lots even though they advertised them on their website at each location, long story short enterprise was a major inconvenience! lol This host/van was a gem, what was initially a last resort should’ve been my very first option, she saved our trip & she made the entire process a breeze!! Don’t hesitate to book!

Van was clean, fit up to 12 which was what we needed for a soccer trip to VA. Cargo space was big. Drove great the 653 miles. On our way home did begin to make a squeaking sound while turning steering wheel. Still got us home safe. Reported to owner. Would use this van again.
