Used it for a quick load pickup and dropoff for work when my van was in the shop. He said it needed to be cleaned so it may be a delay because it was “so dirty”… I said I’ll take it dirty since it was just for work🤷🏾♀️ all it had was some fallen leaves in the seat from the tree it was parked under, brushed it off no problem. It was nice to know the owner upkeeps his rental to his personal standard! Drove great, cruise control smooth. CHECK THE WEATHER!!! I had it on a nice sunny day but the driver side window doesn’t roll up which was no issue for me but do keep that in mind. TIP FOR FUTURE RENTERS! The left cargo back door, PUSH the lever, not pull, to open. Many comments said something about it. It works fine just the lever is loose so ya gotta push it forwards before pulling the door open.
We had a great experience renting this Ford Transit XL. The van was very spacious and had plenty of room for our family, luggage, and everything we needed for our trip. It was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable to ride in, even on longer drives. The owners were friendly, kind, and easy to work with. They communicated promptly, answered all of our questions, and made the pickup and return process smooth and stress-free. We really appreciated how organized and accommodating they were throughout the rental. Overall, this was an excellent rental experience. If you're looking for a clean, reliable, and roomy vehicle with wonderful owners who truly care about their guests, I highly recommend renting this Ford Transit XL. We would definitely rent from them again!
Great interactions with Daryl and easy pickup/dropffs. Van was absolutely spotless. We drove 700 miles for a work trip and all 5 of us were very comfortable the whole time. Could have taken 2 more folks, 3 if shorter trips, with plenty of comfort. Vehicle drove and parked great, with surprisingly good gas mileage. Only issue was with the TV sound which would only be problematic if you had kids and were really counting on a movie. (Pro tip: we changed the volume settings to “surround sound” which seemed to help with the problem speaker.) Really not an issue though compared with how great the car was otherwise. Fair price point. I’d absolutely book again. Thanks Daryl!!
