The car needs to be fixed in multiple ways. The step to get into car was broken so please watch you step as you try to get into the car as you could slip and fall and get hurt. The car shakes tremendously when you go past 60 mph in the highway. When the highway speed limit is 65 or 70, you can only go 60 because if you go higher, the car will vibrate and shake uncontrollably. If you mention my review or the previous one from a different renter (which basically says the same thing) the owner will just say ignore the review as the renters were just difficult to deal with. Pickup was smooth and owner was responsive.

This was a cargo van which the converted to a passenger van. There steps to in and out were not safe at all they were loose which almost caused my mom to get hurt. And I mentioned to host and he acknowledged the fact that he was aware. I was taking kids on a short beach trip but this van got us there and back by the grace of god. The host was good and very helpful with check in and very responsive. Location was very easy but I feel like the van needs work mechanically
