The van was dirty on the outside. It had a few damages on the outside of the van. Once I picked it up the host called and told me that one of the back doors was not working. One of the panels was off on the door that didn’t work.

I rented this vehicle specifically to move out of my apartment, with a deadline to be out by tomorrow. Unfortunately, the rear door was jammed and did not function properly, which was not disclosed before the rental. I spent a significant amount of time trying different methods to open the door, which delayed my move and caused unnecessary stress.

I contacted the owner multiple times, including phone calls and FaceTime, in an attempt to resolve the issue. However, no meaningful solution was provided, and the communication was not particularly helpful or accommodating. Additionally, the listing photos do not accurately reflect the vehicle’s current condition.

Because the vehicle was not in the condition represented and the non-functioning rear door made it difficult to use for its intended purpose, this rental created a major inconvenience during an already time-sensitive move. I was refunded my money, but wasted a lot of time, energy and money (gas- 40 mins there and back twice)

Great van from a responsive owner. Good power. Solid breaks. Smooth ride. Cool AC. Will rent again.
