This whole experience was smooth and just all around exceptional. The sprinter was clean and kept well.Kevin was very communicative and helpful. I will definitely rent from him again .

The van road smoothly, it was clean and I was surprised that the mileage that I got on the gas was good.

The host communicated pickup and drop off well. The van ran very well. There were a few aesthetic issues, such as damage to the rear brake light above the doors, and a few minor dents around the van. Also, the van uses an auxiliary cord, and Bluetooth doesn’t work. The auxiliary cord in the vehicle’s glove box doesn’t work, so one may need to be purchased prior to the trip.
Overall the van served its purpose well and I would recommend the rental to others.
