Kevin was a great communicator. It was an easy pick up and drop off.
The van road smoothly, it was clean and I was surprised that the mileage that I got on the gas was good.
I would definitely rent this van again.

The host communicated pickup and drop off well. The van ran very well. There were a few aesthetic issues, such as damage to the rear brake light above the doors, and a few minor dents around the van. Also, the van uses an auxiliary cord, and Bluetooth doesn’t work. The auxiliary cord in the vehicle’s glove box doesn’t work, so one may need to be purchased prior to the trip.
Overall the van served its purpose well and I would recommend the rental to others.

First time ever using Turo. Pick up and drop off was super easy. Van was exactly what we needed for our trip!

Pick up and location was fine. The vehicle had rear damage but inside was in great condition. The vehicle drove well without issue.
Drivers side windshield fluid didn't work but overall vehicle in good shape, clean and smelled good.
The owner was communicative and responded fairly quickly.
There were a few things that were different such as the owner taking a photo of me in front of the van and not disclosing an airtag in the vehicle. I didn't feel comfortable with the photo and the alert I received on my phone regarding the airtag made me feel very uncomfortable.
Overall my experience was fine.
