I had an outstanding experience renting from Andrew. I rented his Chevrolet Corvette C8 from May 1st to May 3rd for my son’s prom, and the entire process exceeded expectations. The vehicle was spotless upon pickup, and Andrew went above and beyond by leaving a thoughtful note and a small gift for my son, something he absolutely didn’t have to do. That gesture spoke volumes about his character and genuine care for his renters. Pickup was seamless. The car was located in covered airport parking, positioned at the end of the row, making it extremely easy to find. From start to finish, everything was well thought out and convenient. The Corvette itself was an absolute joy to drive, and more importantly, it created a memorable experience for my son, exactly what I was hoping for on such a special occasion. Andrew was highly attentive and responsive throughout the rental. He answered all of my questions promptly and even checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly, which I appreciated. I would not hesitate to rent from Andrew again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top tier Turo experience.
Car was amazing. I took this car to a lao new years event 2 hours away. Check in was easyThe only issue is finding a charger because many chargers are broken or reject my method of payment despite it being visa . That has nothing to do with the car itself. It was clean well put together and had everything from chargers in usb c and Apple lightning. Never have to worry about gas prices again. Will rent again from him !
Excellent 1st experience using Turo. The host was very responsive and timely. The vehicle was in great condition and rode very well. The price was a good deal and would definitely use this again as opposed to a major car rental facility. It was a simple process overall and very straightforward.

I had an excellent experience renting this Camaro. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and drove great throughout my trip. The gas mileage was actually better than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The host was very responsive, professional, and polite, making the entire rental process smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. Communication was clear, and everything was exactly as described. I would definitely rent this vehicle again and highly recommend both the car and the host to future renters.

The car was nice and smooth ride. I wasn't familiar with the electric part of the car but the car ran on gasoline too so everything was great. When I dropped off car my phone wouldn't charge so I had to leave the keys in a different place. The host was most accommodating to my dilemma and accepted the car. I had a great time driving this car and I would rent again and recommend this car rental host to my friends too Thank you Terissa

It was easy to drive, surprisingly comfortable, and perfect for getting around while also being great on fuel. The host was professional, responsive, and made the rental process simple from beginning to end. Pickup instructions were clear, and the return process was just as easy. Overall, everything went smoothly with zero issues. Great vehicle, great host, and an easy 5-star experience. I’d definitely rent again.

What kind of license do I need to rent a car on Turo?
Turo accepts valid licenses (not expired, suspended, or revoked) that allow for full driving privileges; this includes driver's licenses issued outside of the US. Licenses that Turo doesn't accept in the US include any that have expired, have been altered, are conditional, probational, provisional, or restricted. Learner's permit/instruction permits are not accepted.
Can I get car rental discounts on Turo?
You can get discounts and low cost rentals on Turo. On your Account page, make sure you've checked the box to receive email notifications, and enable push notifications from the Turo app in your phone settings — we'll send you occasional promo codes, discounts, and deals. Additionally, frequent travelers on Turo can get rewarded with the loyalty bonus — earn a promo code for one bonus day when you take trips totaling 10 days in a 90-day period.
How does car rental insurance work on Turo?
No, you don't need personal insurance coverage to rent a car on Turo. In the US, any personal insurance you may have that covers damage to the host's vehicle would kick in before your Turo protection plan. When booking a car in the US, you'll choose between three protection plans — Premier (eligibility requirements apply), Standard, or Minimum — to get the level of protection that's right for you. On each trip, you're covered with third-party automobile liability insurance provided under a policy issued to Turo by Travelers Excess and Surplus Lines Company.* In New York state, you'll also choose between Premier (if available), Standard, or Minimum. With each plan, you're covered with liability insurance of $1,250,000.* Protection plans for New York trips also include access to roadside assistance, priority phone support, and 24/7 customer assistance.
What documents and paperwork do I need to rent a car on Turo?
To rent a car on Turo, you must create a Turo account, have a valid driver's license, get approved to drive on Turo, and be 18 years old or older in the US, 21 years old or older in Australia, or 23 years old or older in Canada. In the UK, you must be 21 years old or older and have held a UK or EU license for at least one year, or another driver's license for at least two years. In France you must be 18 years old or older and have held a driver's license for at least 2 years, longer for certain makes and models of vehicles. When you're booking your first trip, you'll go through a quick approval process by entering your driver's license and some other information. In most cases, you'll get approved immediately, and you'll be set for all future road trips, day trips, and business trips!
