It’s always a pleasure renting from Gabriel! This was my third time renting from him and I’ve had a great experience every single time. Gabriel is always quick to respond, very easy to work with, and his vehicle is always clean, comfortable, and a great ride. We come to Tucson to visit family and every time we’re in town, I always choose to rent from Gabriel! We did have a slight hiccup this time but it was completely on my end because I accidentally selected the wrong pickup location and had to change it to the airport last minute. Gabriel was so accommodating and acted quickly to make sure our vehicle was ready at the correct location. He even left us a small gift which was such a thoughtful surprise! I really appreciate the amazing service and kind gestures. I would definitely recommend renting from Gabriel and we’ll absolutely be renting from him again next time we’re in Tucson! 😊
Good trip overall, I was using this to compare the ev6 to an ioniq 5. The car came fully charged, and there's a charger nearby for when you return it. Host was very easy to work with. Definitely document the car a little bit closely, it's got a fair bit of exterior and interior where. But everything worked perfectly. Would rent for them again!
