On the day of pick up I had to stand outside for 10 minutes as I tried to call, text and message the renter on the Turo application. Only for a code to be sent to me to open the lockbox and retrieve the fob. It doesn’t state anywhere in the description that this is how the rental works. I had to wait to pick up the car at 10:00 PM with no other option of pick up times. I constantly had issues with the car fob not working. Speakers in the car sounded horrible they were making a cracking sound the entire time. Windows have zero good tint, the factory robot is very faded and for some reason the windows have a fishbowl effect to them. If you want to use the Bluetooth you have to pay $20 to down load the Nissan application to use Bluetooth. I ended up having to spent yet more money to purchase an AUX cord just for iPhone so I could listen to music. I will not be renting from them again.

Car was practical, spacious, ran well, A/C was cold. Radio speaker did rattle if up too loud, and headlights were not too bright at night. Did have difficulty communicating with the primary host, fortunately co-host responded in turn in good time. All in all a great trip and quite pleased with Turo again.
